All Prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to 3,10 € per Person (aged 14 and over) per day,payable upon departure

In the case of a stay below 3 days and during the prices can vary. The whole duration of the stay has to be paid even in the case of an anticipated departure.

We kindly ask you to let us know 48 hours in advance if you decide to cancel the booking, otherwise we will take the liberty to charge the whole period.

Pets are allowed and pay 8 € per day.


Arrival/Departure: the rooms are accessible from 2:00 pm. Should you arrive after 8:00 pm we kindly ask you to let us know. On the departure day we ask you to free the rooms within 10:00 am.

Confirmation of the reservation: your written confirmation and a deposit of Euro 150,00 per room is required to hold a reservation (bankcode: ------)

Payment: we accept cash and bank trasfer.


Smoking: relating to the Italian law, smoking is not permitted neither in the bedrooms nor in the other rooms. We ask for your comprehension.
