Tourist tax
The daily tourist tax is 3,10 € per person (aged 14 and over), and must be paid on site.
Pets
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of 8,00 € to 15,00 € per day.
Check-in & Check-out
The room will be available from 2:00 PM; on the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 AM.
Confirmation
To confirm your booking, a written confirmation and a deposit of 150,00 € per apartment by bank transfer are required.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we kindly ask our guests to notify us at least 48 hours before their stay.
Non-smokers
In accordance with Italian law, smoking is prohibited in all our rooms and common areas.
