Terms and conditions of stay

Everything you need to know before your stay

Simple information about arrival, departure, the tourist tax, and extra services, so you can plan your vacation clearly from the very first contact

Tourist tax

The daily tourist tax is 3,10 € per person (ages 14 and older), to be paid on site

Pets

Pets are allowed for an additional charge of 8,00 to 15,00 € per day

Check-in & Check-out

The room will be available from 2:00 PM, On the day of departure, please vacate the room by by 10:00

Confirm

To confirm your booking, written confirmation and a deposit of 150.00 € per room are required by bank transfer

Cancellation

For cancellations, we kindly ask our customers to inform us at least 48 hours before the stay

Non-smokers

In accordance with Italian law, in all our rooms and common areas it is No smoking
